Here is the information we have on Wood Badge in nearby councils. Mostly, that means councils in "Area 1" of the Western Region. There will be other courses as well, and we'll post the information when we get it. For more info on any of these courses, email woodbadge@seattlebsa.org.
It is best to attend Wood Badge in your own council. You will meet Scouters you will see again. Also, where councils have different approaches to some things in Scouting, you will hear the approach used in your own council. Still, if you cannot get to our Chief Seattle Council courses, then go to Wood Badge in a neighboring council. You will get about the same experience and benefit no matter where you attend. The best course is is the one YOU attend. Don't be postponing Wood Badge just so you can go in your own council. The key is, go now.

Most courses take two 3-day weekends. Some, however, go for six consecutive days.
For all courses, the first day is a full day, starting about 7:00 AM. Yes, in the morning. This is an intense course. The course runs from that early till bedtime. You are in camp the whole time. You need to attend all of each day. That's okay though, because you'll be having fun as well as learning.
Don't know anything about those other councils? Here's some information a few:
