Trainer’s EDGE replaces the Trainer Development Conference, and is the required course for Wood Badge and NYLT staffing. The purpose of Trainer’s EDGE is to also enhance the platform skills of present trainers, and to encourage those leaders who wish to train. We know these skills are presented in Wood Badge and NYLT. Trainer's EDGE is designed to bring those skills to new levels. Participation, practice and evaluation are some of the tools that hone a trainer's skill. The KTC Training Committee has a goal, that goal is ... we all have the 'trainer's edge'.
