CD Order Still Available

Orders for the 2011-2012 Pirate Band CD are still available.

Complete the order form and submit with payment to the Band Office BEFORE JUNE 8, 2012.

If the band room is not open when you stop by, leave your order/payment with the front office in a sealed envelope marked:

Who: Anyone! Seriously... Brass, WW, Percussion, Guard, Parents!

What: This summer, Mrs. Gaffner will be leading the band through the couch to 5K program. A program that gradually takes someone who exercises very little to being able to complete a 5K (or 3.1 mile) race!

When:
June 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28
July 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31
August 2, 7, 8

7:30 - 8:30 am

Where:
We will meet at PC High near the stadium. Locations will alternate between Pirate Stadium and Dolese Park.

Why: to prepare students for the rapidly approaching physical demands of marching band and all around good health!

Band Banquet

The Band Banquet invitations have gone out.

The RSVP Deadline is April 25 - no exceptions.

The Banquet is Friday, May 4 @ 7:00 pm in "The Cube"... (no, not Mr. Crowe's car.. 7903 NW 30th St., Bethany, OK)

Tickets are $15 per person. This is a very special event celebrating the kids hard work and accomplishment ALL YEAR.

Senior STUDENTS are free, but must still RSVP.

Students & Parents,
Please find the REVISED rehearsal schedule for all band students for the remainder of the school year. The original handout was incorrect - there was a misinterpretation of the School’s Daily schedule during EOI testing that led to my error. I have corrected the time, dates, bands, etc.

I apologize for any convenience (and confusion!) this may have caused.
