New Scout Parent Orientation

Take part in the Scouting experience! After completing the BSA Adult Registration Form training for all new parent leaders should progress as follows:

1. Visit the Chief Seattle Council website.
2. Take the Online Youth Protection Training (link).
3. Take the BSA Fast Start Training (link).
4. Take the BSA Safe Swim Defense and Safety Afloat Trainings (link).
5. Come to Roundtable the second Thursday of each month at the Sequim Bible Church. Register for the next New Leader Essential training and find out more about the BSA training continuum. You and your child will enjoy the scouting experience more with the proper training experiences.
6. Visit the calendar to see when these classes are offered. Contact our Training Committee to check availability.
