| Eagle Scout Board of Reviews Bellevue City Hall is located at 450 110th Ave. NE in downtown Bellevue, near the Sixth Street Transit Center and Interstate 405. To get to Bellevue City Hall, take Exit 13A west off of Interstate 405. Go one block west and make a right turn (north) on 110th Avenue Northeast. Proceed to the City Hall visitor parking entrance on the right. Parking is free after hours. |
