March 1 -2 Dungeness Sand Spit
Boot check and hike to the lighthouse. Ten miles round trip.

April 19 Green Mountain Day Hike
Boot check and pack check ( min. 25% of body weight)
Ten mile loop with a 1200 ft. elevation gain. To check proper fit and comfort.

May 16-18 Staircase Overnighter
Boot and pack check , & gear check (tents , stoves, filters )
Camp Pleasant , 6.7 miles one- way, elevation gain: 700 feet.
Saturday : Day hike to Two Bear camp 10 miles round trip.
1200 feet elevation gain.

June 6-8 Lena Lake overnighter
3.4 miles one-way 1300 ft. elevation gain.
Saturday : Day hike to upper Lena Lake 6.2 miles round trip.
2600 feet elevation gain.

August 13-21 Wonderland trail 50 miler
Mount Rainier National Park.
Group A: Aug. 13-20, Mowich to Box canyon.
Group B: Aug. 14-21, Box canyon to Mowich.
Aug. 17, Combined troop camp over and resupply
White river camp ground.

April 1 Back Country Permit due at Mt. Rainier NP.
May 12, Parent and Scout meeting, and Gear check
