Wood Badge for the 21st Century The ultimate leadership training for adult leaders, Wood Badge will be two weekend courses offered by the Chief Seattle Council in 2004. It brings together leaders from Cub Scouting, Boy Scouting, Varsity Scouting, and Venturing; District Committees, Council Committees and even Professional Staff. Wood Badge gives leaders the skills they need to strengthen Scouting in meaningful ways by presenting the latest in leadership theory and team development, and empowerment.
