Cub Scout Marble Tournament
Baloo here! just telling you to sign up for Cub Scout Marbles!!!
Pre-registration Deadline is Friday, January 29th
Who: All Aquila District Cub Scouts - New recruits are also eligible with Cub Scout application at door!
What: Ringer Marble Competition - Scouts will play 7 games of marbles against boys of their own rank (Tiger - 1st grade, Wolf - 2nd grade, Bear - 3rd grade, Webelos 4th or 5th grade). Download and read all the rules (Word document).
When:
Scouts should arrive at the Gym no later than 9:30am for ring assignments. The registration desk will close at 9:55am.
Where: LDS Church Gymnasium – 14020 Ambaum Blvd SW, Burien 98166
Registration: Registration forms with money will be received at the Scout Office up through January 29, 2010. Early registration fee is $5/Scout. Fee on day of event is $10/Scout so mail your registration in early!

Awards: First, second, and third place trophies will be awarded to the three Scouts in each rank with the most marbles at the end of the seven games. Every Cub will be awarded a participation certificate and a District Event segment. Participation in this event also qualifies boys for Cub Scout Sports Marble belt loop (not included but available at Scout Shop).
