Individual leaders in Cub Scouting are encouraged to earn recognition awards for service to youth. The award includes a recognition knot patch which is sewn to the adult uniform above the left pocket. The Cub Scout Leader book has a pocket form for each program level which can be duplicated, completed and submitted for the award.
