Fall 2004 brings one major change to the Tiger Cub program.
Uniform: The Tiger Cub uniform is now the same blue shirt as older Cub Scout ranks. Tiger Cubs will have a cap and Tiger Cub neckerchief. The orange shirt is still used as the activity shirt and as the standard uniform for the adult partners.
The Program: The Tiger Cub Program remains the fun-filed, age-appropriate introduction to Cub Scouting. Tiger Cubs still participate aong with an adult partner, and those adult partners share leadership in the Tiger Cub Den.
Leadership: The Tiger Cub Program has a den leader who coordinates the shared leadership among adult partners.
Advancement: The Tiger Cub Badge is earned after completion of 15 achievements in five categories. This is the first rank of Cub Scouting.
