Tiger Cubs earn the Tiger Cub Badge after completing 5 five achievements in three areas each:

After the Tiger Cub Badge is earned, additional elective beads are added from the electives available.
Bobcat Badge
The Bobcat Badge is earned following the Tiger Cub Badge and/or before earning the ranks of Wolf, Bear, or Webelos.

With the introduction of the Tiger Cub Rank, the traditional four rank advancement positioning on the pocket of the uniform is now full!

When Webelos uniform in 4th grade, they are invited to use the tan shirt. This new Webelos Rank badge goes on the pocket after the rank is earned. Notice the shape is the same as the rank advancements he will earn through the Boy Scout program.
